We only offer the party packages listed on our website. We can add on services for an extra cost.
There is a 50% non-refundable deposit. Parties can be rescheduled for a fee and the deposit applied to new packages up to 1 year later from original party booking date.
Snacks can be brought in but is limited to seating outside of the playground. Our event room is reserved for event bookings so large meals are not recommended for regular open play.

Open play reservations can be rescheduled without any penalties. Toddler time and Sensory Play reservations will be issued a store credit. Party reservations must be rescheduled within 72 hours of the party and are subject to a rescheduling fee of $150.
Yes waivers are required for use of the playground.
Cancellations must be done at least 14 days prior to the date of a party to receive a refund of reservation payments except the non-refundable deposit.

Our play splace has limited spcaing so strollers are not recommended. A baby carrier is recommended.
We do not offer refunds on sessions that are held based on registration. A store credit is offered that can be used another time. These credits do not expire.
We do not have a designated lost and found. Any recovered items will be at the front desk. We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen items.
