FAQ

Do you offer custom packages?

We offer the party packages listed on our website. Custom bookings for large groups can be made by emailing us. We can also add on services for an extra cost.

Is there a deposit for party packages?

There is a 50% non-refundable deposit. Parties can be rescheduled for a fee and the deposit applied to new packages up to 1 year later from original party booking date. 

Can we bring in food?

Snacks can be brought in but is limited to seating outside of the playground. Our event room is reserved for event bookings so large meals are not recommended for regular open play.

Can we bring in additional décor during parties?

Yes, however please call ahead to inform us. 

Can we reschedule reservations?

Open play reservations can be rescheduled without any penalties. Special event reservations such as Parent's Night Out will be issued a store credit. Party reservations must be rescheduled within 72 hours of the party and are subject to a rescheduling fee of $150. 


Are waivers required?

Yes waivers are required for use of the playground.

What is your cancellation policy.

Cancellations must be done at least 14 days prior to the date of a party to receive a refund of reservation payments except the non-refundable deposit. 

Can we bring in cakes and cupcakes without booking a party?

No, because we offer party packages for these services.

What if my guest count changes?

Party pricing does not decrease if guests rsvp no. You can select a smaller party package and then pay for add-on guests should you need it. 

Do punch passes expire?

No, they do not expire.

I lost my punch pass can I get a replacement?

We do not offer free replacements. Customers would need to purchase a new punch pass.

Can I bring in a stroller?

Our play splace has limited spcaing so strollers are not recommended. A baby carrier is recommended. 

Can I get a refund on my play reservation or game night?

We do not offer refunds on sessions that are held based on registration. A store credit is offered that can be used another time. These credits do not expire.

Do you have a lost and found?

We do not have a designated lost and found. Any recovered items will be at the front desk. We are not responsible for lost, missing or stolen items.

Who is in charge of Parent's Night Out?

Parent's Night out is led by Ms. Mandy. She is. registered nurse and a MSDE certified childcare director. Ms. Mandy has years of childcare experience and is fully certified in CPR.
