Cancellations will not receive a refund on reservation deposits. To receive a refund on the balance paid excluding the nonrefundable deposit cancellation must be done a minimum of 2 weeks before the event date. Reservations without payment remittance will be cancelled. 

Late payments are subject to a $20 daily late fee. In addition party reservations may be cancelled and the non-refundable deposit forfeited.

All rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours prior to the date of the party. Events rescheduled within less than 72 hours are not guaranteed and are subject to a fee. There is a minimum $150 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.

Please contact us with questions on specific items such as party props and excess food items. We will do our best to accommodate request however some items may not fit into our space. Please let us know of any outside decor. Decor must be dropped of 1 day prior to party so that we may plan the space.

Please do not arrive earlier than 10 minutes before the start of your event. Entry may be restricted if guest arrive outside of this window.

Guest must leave no later than 5 minutes after their reservation time has ended. We do host multiple parties a day so timely transition is necessary. Going over your reservation time is subject to a fee.
